Our Mission

One of the key areas of focus for both BAM Network Outreach and Fagasā Legacy Outreach is addressing the growing drug challenges affecting families and communities, particularly here in American Samoa.
Our heart is to:

• Reach adults who are struggling
• Guide and protect young people before harmful patterns take root
• And ultimately shield children, especially those in elementary school years, from being impacted.

We believe prevention begins with presence, relationship, and truth spoken in love.

Drug-related struggles do not begin overnight — and they do not affect individuals alone. They impact:

• Families
• Villages
• Schools
• And future generations

Our calling is to intervene early, walk alongside people with grace, and remind them that restoration is always possible.

Our approach is not condemnation — it is compassion. Not exposure — but restoration. Not fear — but hope.

Through encouragement, faith-centered conversations, community outreach, and consistent presence, we aim to:

• Speak life where there is confusion
• Offer guidance before damage is done
• And point people back to God as the true source of healing

We believe real change happens when:

• Faith meets real-life challenges
• Adults take responsibility
• Youth are seen, heard, and guided
• And children are protected early

Both BAM Network Outreach and Fagasā Legacy Outreach were birthed from the same place — a prayerful heart, obedience to God, and a deep burden for people.
Though expressed in different ways, both ministries are:

• Faith-based
• Spiritually grounded
• Non-profit in nature
• And centered on serving people with love, truth, and compassion.

These ministries exist not for recognition, but for restoration.
